Paanage is good for health and it have devine power to heal the sick person so this is very femous to gove it o any sick person. light to digest and good for body so anybody can eat it anytime.
take 1 small bowl of rice floor & add half the bowl of milk in it. kneedle it with hand add salt nd suger to taste. add 2 tspoon of shudha ghee and 1/2 bowl of melted Gud ( Jaggery) in it.finely kneedle it untill it becomes one fine dough , u can add water if u need it. make small balls out of it.
Now take 1small leaf of Banana / or winegrape tree.
spread 1 ball on this leaf and press it to spread like puri. now keep second leaf over this spread and fry it on pan for 10 to 15 minuts each from both sides.
this Paanaga is very tasty and can be eat when it is hot alone or with milk
