Once I was alone and wanted to eat something vegie but something different so I tried this. Rushi's ( Monk's) sabji means the sabji without masala haldi etc.
U need : Potatos 2 small, Dushi ( sqash ) , drumsticks, bringles, papadi, onions, arabi, tomatoas, some leave sof spinach, methi, cabbage, carrots etc vegetables whichever are available to you.
Take any vegetables u have and chopped it in big pieces.
Take 1 grated coconut , 3 green or red chilis, coriander leaves, jeera, ginger garlic paste 1 tspoon in a mixure and make a fine paste of it.
Take a pan add some oil and fry this mixure for 5 minuts in it. add some salt and suger to taste.
Let aroma come ( nice smell from coocked paste) and add all available vegetables in it.
Don't add any wanter in it let it cook inside its own water. ( if u wana make it sweet add 1 banana or mango pulp) cook it for 20 minuts. inbetween see wheather it needs any water in it. if it starts burning add little bit of water and let it cook. after 25 minuts taste it and u will get nice authentic taste of this rushi's sbaji.
